giveaway

we won!

A few weeks ago I entered a giveaway over at The Heart of the Matter blog for a science kit and we won!  Jack was thrilled to be able to choose which kit we would get.  He chose the rocket kit, of course.  He checked the mail three times a day waiting for it to arrive. You should have seen how excited he was to find it on our doorstep one morning!

As soon as dad got home that day they got to work. Well dad got to work. :)

Dad did a great job and made it look really cool.

Jack was a little nervous, so dad set it off the first time.

After watching dad and deciding it didn't lok too dangerous, Jack gave it a try.

He declared it the coolest thing ever. :)

Thanks HOTM!

giveaway

So a friend is having a giveaway. I like the idea so I'm jumping on board. So leave a comment and I'll choose three lucky, random people to receive a yet to be named prize. I'm thinking either something for preschool/homeschool, a book for you or your kids, or a set of handmade note cards made just for you. That may all change and I'll end up giving you a crocheted potholder, of course I'll have to learn how to crochet first.  Go ahead comment. I may give something to all five of you. ;o)
